Technofy.com decided to reserve 25% of the positions for freshers and for those who are interested in joining as trainees. It has an excellent training program designed by the CEO himself.
If you see any Job position listed on this web site for which you would like to work for but don't have any experience, you can still apply as a Trainee/Fresher. We do take Freshers/Trainees but one need to have required Qualifications & Training as listed under "Qualification" for each Job position.
For the first three months we will train you also involve in real-time projects. After three months of training, we will evaluate your discipline, skills, interest and commitment to determine your salary.
This training period costs us around 25000/month/candidate. So, we expect the trained candidates to be with us for the first one year(Actually, we wish still longer relationship with our Employees). After completion of training period and after looking at the results, we will be offering salaries at market standards. Initially, We expect a strong committment from the applicants side and so we had some commitment strategies and applicants got to accept for these conditions.
